What is the life expectancy of my Heating And Cooling system?

How often you run your system, the system’s age, its make and model, and whether or not it was serviced regularly over the course of its life can all play a significant role in how long your system will last you but will usually last approximately 15 years.

Do you provide free quotes on repairs?

Due to systems requiring a fair chunk of time and expertise with a deep look into the system to get the correct diagnosis, we don't offer free quotes on repairs. But we will never charge more than the call out fee no matter how much time we spend.

How do you accept payments?

We don't believe our customers should incur extra bank charges so we accept internet bank transfers or cash.

How much is your diagnostic call out fee and what does it cover?

Our diagnostic call out fee is $150 flat rate and covers coming out and diagnosing the fault no matter how long it takes.

Why don't you charge per hour?

Using a flat rate gives you the peace of mind that no matter how long the job takes ensures you will always know the cost of any repair or installation without any hidden surprises. After all, why should you pay more because its a monday after a long weekend?

How long are your time frames?

We pride ourselves on getting your system back up and running as soon as possible with wait times from same day to 3 days during our busy periods. We do prioritise systems that arn't completely working, so we can make sure your house is warm and continue to routine maintenance jobs when best suited for everyone.
