Our Ducted Heater stopped working and I found Dean (Mr Frosty) online. I read his Google reviews and called him on the phone. I know, old school! He was polite on the phone and made a time to see me a couple of days later. He was prompt, honest & efficient. He explained the problem and the cost of the part to fix the heater. He serviced our Heater, our Evaporative Cooler and he did the same for our daughter's house as well. Just when you think that common courtesy, common decency (& common sense) are rare these days, a young hardworking man who is honest and reasonably priced comes along. Dean was great to deal with, super professional, and could book us in within a couple of days. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to get the best out of the evaporative cooling for those hot days, and how to keep it running in tip top condition. He also followed up a couple of days later to check how it was all going as we had some hot days coming up. ABSOLUTRLY AMAZING SERVICE! Dean from mr frosty heating and cooling came out the same day and serviced my ducted heater that wasnt turning on Berwick. So happy he could come out so quick and very well priced as well and honestly i was expecting tge worse but all it needed ened up needing was a service which the house has never been as warm as it is now in years. I rang Mr Frosty a couple days ago, as my ducted heating wouldn’t turn off. Dean fixed and serviced my heater today. He was punctual, professional and determined the problem in no time. Dean from Mr Frosty Heating & Cooling just serviced our ducted gas heater in Berwick and was unreal. He was on time, explained everything really clear and did a safety carbon monoxide test as well with our heater running better than it has in years. Tried to get the bigger names to quote a simple evaporative service, when I called it was an overseas call centre and they wouldn’t commit to a price telling me if they had to do anything out of the service they would need to be another charge but wouldn’t tell me how much it would cost. I called up Mr Frosty , Dean answered gave me a price and a time , 2 days  later he was on time with a message sent prior that he was on the way and then not only serviced the system but showed us how to better use it by explaining how it works and how to check if we have the windows open enough. He also grabbed the vent covers we had on for us as it was just my partner at home with our baby who couldn’t do it herself.
